Refund Information

Esthetic Evolution sent emails to all ticket holders on March 14th 2022 with details on each transaction. This was followed by a survey from our ticket vendor requesting information on each ticket holder’s refund preference. Ticket holders had the option of contributing to the recovery of funds lost due to the cancellation. This survey ran until April 2nd and we began issuing ticket refunds en masse on April 6th after all information was collected in the survey.

Please note that refunds went back to the credit cards on record in our system. We understand that some of you may have changed banking institutions in the meantime. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions section below for more details. WHAT IF THE CARD I USED TO PURCHASE MY TICKETS IS NO LONGER ACTIVE?

Your Credit / Debit Card information was not retained in such a way that we will be able to update it to redirect your refund on your behalf.  However, we have been informed by our Payment Service that all former Credit / Debit Card Services are never deleted, they are only made inactive.

Refunds can still be issued to the inactive account and then redirected by the former account holder to a new account.  Therefore, you will need to contact your previous Card Service and inform them that a refund is being issued.  They can collect your new account information to transfer the funds accordingly.

WHAT IF THE CARD I USED HAS EXPIRED AND I HAVE RECEIVED A NEW CARD FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT?

There should not be a problem if you are still using the same Credit / Debit Account but a new Card has been issued in the meantime.  In these cases, the same Card Number is maintained and only the expiration date on the new Card is different from the original.  The only information that is needed to issue the refund is the Card Number, so the funds should be received as expected.  If you have any concerns, please contact the banking institution that handles your card for assistance.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED MY TICKET FROM SOMEONE ELSE?

As long as the option to resell the ticket from the vendor site was used, you would have purchased your ticket properly and the ticket would have been transferred to you, along with the value associated with the sale.  As the new ticket holder, you should have received an email from Esthetic Evolution detailing your Refund options.

If you exchanged monies with the original ticket holder outside the ticket vendor system, the ticket would have only been transferred to you and there would be no value associated with your transaction in the vendor system.  Please see WHAT IF MY TICKET WAS TRANSFERRED TO ME FROM SOMEONE ELSE for more information.

WHAT IF I SOLD MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

As long as the option to resell the ticket from the vendor site was used, you would have resold your ticket properly and the ticket would have been transferred into the new ticket holder’s name, along with the value associated with the sale.  As the former ticket holder, you would no longer be entitled to a refund for that transaction.

WHAT IF MY TICKET WAS TRANSFERRED TO ME FROM SOMEONE ELSE?

If someone purchased your ticket on your behalf and transferred the ticket to you without any exchange of monies– either within or outside the ticketing system– the value of that transaction is still connected to the original ticket purchaser, and you would not be entitled to any refund.

If you actually purchased the ticket by exchanging monies outside the ticketing system, there would be no record of this exchange and the value of the transaction would still be connected to the original purchaser.  We will need to verify which person is entitled to the refund. Please make contact with the sender of the ticket. Each of you will need to contact us and confirm who will receive the refund.

WHAT IF I TRANSFERRED MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

If you purchased the ticket on someone else’s behalf and transferred the ticket to them without any exchange of monies– either within or outside the ticketing system– the value of that transaction is still connected to you as the original ticket purchaser.

If you actually resold the ticket by exchanging monies outside the ticketing system, there would be no record of this exchange and the value of the transaction would also still be connected to you as the original purchaser.

In these cases, we cannot issue a refund directly to you as we have no way to validate who is actually entitled to the refund.  Please make contact with the recipient of the ticket(s). Each of you will need to contact us and confirm who will receive the refund and alternate arrangements may need to be made.

WHAT IF I WANT TO DONATE ALL OR PART OF MY TICKET REFUND TO HELP COVER LOST EXPENSES?

Esthetic Evolution has sent an email to all ticket holders with details on a “Cancellation Survey” which will give you the option to specify your Refund Preference.  This will include the option for a full or partial refund or a donation of your full transaction to help recover losses incurred by the event.  Please note that if you carried out more than one transaction, you would have been sent separate emails for each order.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF MY TICKET TRANSACTION IF I CHOOSE THE OPTION IN THE CANCELLATION SURVEY?

The transaction fees associated with your ticket transaction cannot be refunded. However, the original value of each ticket will be refunded in full with no additional fees, as long as the refund is issued directly from the original ticketing system. If alternate arrangements are needed to issue your refund, some additional fees may be necessary to accommodate.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

With the purchase of your ticket, you voluntarily assume the risk of serious injury and/or death by attending this Event and release the Esthetic Evolution Festival and it’s affiliates from any claim arising from any such occurrence.

You must bring enough food, water, shelter and first aid to survive in the environment at Esthetic Evolution for the duration of your attendance. Commercial vending is prohibited. Also prohibited are all firearms, fireworks, rockets and other explosives.

You agree to read and abide by any rules put forth by the organizers of Esthetic Evolution and follow all federal, state and local laws. This is a Leave No Trace, Pack It In – Pack It Out Event; please abide by these principles! You are asked to contribute as much time as necessary to keeping the space you occupy at the Event as close as possible to its natural state before your arrival and show no sign of your presence once you leave.

Tickets are non-refundable even if the Event is terminated early or cancelled due to harsh weather, acts of nature, governmental regulation, or other conditions beyond Esthetic Evolution’s control. The Ticket is a revocable license that may be refused by Esthetic Evolution for any reason.

We reserve the right to deny admittance or purchase of Tickets to anyone at our discretion. The purchase and use of a Ticket for your admittance to the Event, confirms your agreement to the terms reflected here.
